About the Fitness Center
for employees only
The Oneida Health Fitness Center is located at 600 Seneca Street on the side of the Oneida Medical Associates Office Building in Oneida. Click to view the campus map.
Open 5 am-12 am, the fitness center is equipped with cardio and machine weight equipment, free weights, changing rooms, private workout rooms, TVs, internet, and restrooms in a secured facility.
To gain badge access to the Employee Fitness Center, all employees must view and attest to watching the video below, as well as complete and submit the Employee Fitness Center Release form to Infection Control. You will receive an email when your badge access has been activated.
Please always be courteous and respectful of the equipment, center, and other staff who may be there.

Fitness Center Badge Access
To gain badge access an employee must attest to watching the video below and submit the Employee Fitness Center Release form to Infection Control. For printed copies of the Employee Fitness Center Release, please visit the Resource Board outside of HR’s office in the hospital. Once completed it can be delivered by internal mail to Infection Control, dropped off, or emailed to info@ngskmc-eis.net. Once Infection Control has the Employee Fitness Center Form and has received your Video Attestation Submission, you will receive an email confirming that your badge access has been activated.
